ActiniumSEOBot is the checker behind Actinium Agency’s free website tools: the AI Visibility Checker and the SEO Analyzer. If you see it in your logs, someone entered your website address into one of these tools, usually the store owner or someone working on the site.
What it does
- It runs only when someone requests a check. It doesn’t crawl the web on its own.
- One check reads a small number of public pages: your homepage, robots.txt, sitemap, a few product pages, public policy pages and, for online stores, the public product feed (Shopify
/products.jsonor the WooCommerce Store API). Usually 15 to 35 requests, one at a time. - It stops early if your server starts refusing requests.
- It doesn’t log in, submit forms, add to cart or read anything that isn’t public.
- Results for a domain are cached for 7 days, so repeated checks don’t hit your site again.

One exception, so you know about it: the AI Visibility Checker also sends two requests to your homepage to test whether your firewall treats AI crawlers differently. One identifies as OpenAI’s OAI-SearchBot and one as a generic test bot (SiteCheckBot). Nothing else is fetched with those user agents.
How to block it
The AI Visibility Checker respects robots.txt. Add this to your robots.txt and it will only read robots.txt itself and stop:

Disallow: /The SEO Analyzer only reads the single page a person enters. To block both tools completely, block the user agent in your firewall or CDN; the tools will then show a partial result.
